REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Sorry we don’t refunds or returns for change of mind.
We will replace your item (at our discretion) if your items are truly faulty or damaged, within 7 days of purchase date.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
If you’ve opened your wax pot & beauty spot parcel to find a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days thewaxpotandbeautyspot@hotmail.com with your order details and some photos of the damage caused. We will then organise replacements or refunds.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE POLICY
We endeavor to process all orders, within 1-2 business day of receipt of an order.
All orders are posted with AUSpost & arrival times are in accordance with their delivery schedule.
